Installing Diplomat Navigator on Vista - February 9th, 2009 by richard
We do not support users installing our product on Vista, as Vista itself generates its own support issues. You can install our product on Vista and it will work but unless you have good computer knowledge you may find setting up the product difficult.
Vista Basic setup requirements:
Edit the desktop shortcut icons for Navigator Server and Navigator Client as follows:
Select the properties for the shortcut, then the advance button. Tick the Run as admin option.
Then on the Compatibility tab tick XP compatibility mode and Run as Admin.
Apply changes and confirm settings.
