Navigator Metro can be either purchased or rented.
There are advantages to each option so you can
choose which one suits your business. Our software
and flexible pricing structure offers a fully
scalable solution that grows with your business.
Purchase (unlimited PCs)
Purchasing your software allows you to make
one capital purchase and then you own it. This
can be done by either a one-off payment or
monthly payments on a lease purchase agreement.
The purchase price is calculated by the maximum
amount of vehicles you wish to be logged onto
the system at any one time (£333.33 per
vehicle) and there’s also an initial set-up
charge for each additional software feature
you wish to add to the core Booking & Despatch
system.
There are modest initial set-up fees to pay
for each advanced software feature you choose
to have such as Caller ID, Call Back, Text
Back etc. However, you can add additional features
at any time and you’ll only be charged for
the set-up of the new feature.
Once purchased you are permitted to install
the software on as many PCs as you need to
run your business. You can easily increase
the number of vehicle logons by purchasing
extra Vehicle Logon Tokens (VLTs) at any time
as your business expands.

Rental (unlimited vehicles)
Rental allows you to budget monthly for your
software and is based on a Pay As You Go scheme.
The software is charged at a fixed rate per
PC. The PC Licence Tokens (PLTs) can be purchased
for 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 90 days or 1 year.
The longer the licence period you purchase
the cheaper the overall cost of running your
software. The advantage of using a PLT instead
of a VLT (Vehicle Logon Token) is that regardless
of how many vehicles you operate, you can choose
how many PC licences you have, i.e. how many
office PCs Navigator Metro is installed on.
If you have a sudden increase in business you
can add an extra seat (PC licence/logon) for
that period but only use it when you need it.
There are modest initial set-up fees to pay
for each advanced software feature you choose
to have such as Caller ID, Call Back, Text
Back etc. However, you can add additional features
at any time and you’ll only be charged for
the set-up of the feature, your monthly rental
fee will remain the same regardless of the
number of features you have activated.
Rental payments are made either by standing
order or by credit/debit card over our secure
server. Our server prices are currently quoted
in dollars including VAT. VAT receipts are
sent automatically by email. The rental price
is currently £91.00 per month per PC.

2 PCs with Call Popping (Caller ID), Call Back,
SMS Gateway and SMS Text Back:
