Recommended minimum specifications for customers.
When you contract us to provide comprehensive software support we would like to draw your attention to what we consider to be the minimum specification needed.
If you install Diplomat Navigator on a system that is below this specification then support and assistance will take considerably longer and it will therefore cost more in the long run.

By adhering to the minimum specifications below you will greatly reduce the risk of system reduced performance, malfunction, failure and maximise your chances of a speedy and stress free recovery in the event of an incident.
As all off site support is done over an internet connection it is essential that all supported PCs have access to the internet and that you have a broadband internet connection. We also suggest that you purchase or rent our preconfigured routers that will dramatically speed up your support and training sessions.
